One dish wonders come in a variety of shapes and forms. A one dish wonder could be a good complete salad, a baked casserole, a crockpot surprise, a good soup or stew, a grilled extravaganza complete with meat and vegetables, or even a good stir fry. But why one dish wonders? Well, at least in our case, we are trying for things that take a minimum amount of prep time and time over the stove. We want things that are easy and low maintenance. So the number one requirement of a solid one dish wonder is that, well duh, everything you need is in one single dish. Maybe you'll be tempted to throw in some garlic toast or a salad here and there. That is totally up to you, and totally not needed to enjoy the complete and delicious meal you've prepared for yourself. Instead, maybe you can consider just sitting back and reveling in the amazingly easy and delicious one dish wonder meal you've just knocked out of the ball park.
