We take a body, mind & spirit approach to living a happier healthier life. Exercise and diet are important. And over the years we've learned that the one size fits all approach to anything simply doesn't work, and that is possibly no more obvious than when it comes to dieting. Just because the low carb approach works for everyone else, doesn't mean it will work for you. Just because HIIT (high intensity interval training) works for everyone else, doesn't mean it will work for you. And just because ten day juice and water fasts have worked for so many others, that doesn't mean that fasting will work for you. You have to experiment and decide what is going to work best for your unique situation and body and spirit.

Even something as straightforward as meditation has thousands of different ways to practice. Again, it is a matter of you experimenting and determining for yourself which meditative practice best fits your lifestyle and personality and beliefs and expectations.

So get out there and experiment! Try different things! And do your best to live a happier, healthier life!
