We'll start off emailing you our "Healthy Eating" form for you to fill out. This form is what we'll use to collect all the information we need to get you on your new healthy eating routine. The information you give us will help us understand what is preventing you from eating healthy, and we'll do our best to give you all the tools you need to make healthy food choices going forward.

We'll record 3 different sessions just for you, a 10 minute session, a 20 minute session, and a 45 minute session, so that you can use whichever session you have time for.
