We'll start off emailing you our "Going To Sleep" form for you to fill out. This form is what we'll use to collect all the information we need to get you sleeping like a baby. The information you give us will help us understand what is preventing you from sleeping through the night, and we'll do our best to give you all the tools you need to start getting a good night's sleep going forward.
Some of the questions you'll answer for us include:
- What time do you generally go to sleep?
- Do you sleep by yourself in your bed?
- Do you sleep by yourself in your room?
- If you share your bed, does your partner keep you up or wake you up?
- If you share a room, does your roommate keep you up or wake you up?
- What do you believe is the reason you are unable to sleep?
- What is the most common method you try using to fall asleep?
- Do you generally eat before you sleep? Why or why not?
- How long have you had problems sleeping?
- When and where is it that you get your absolutely best sleep?
- Do you have a bedtime ritual, and if so what is it?
We'll record 3 different sessions just for you, a 10 minute session, a 20 minute session, and a 45 minute session, so that you can use whichever session you have time for.
